Do you know where ice cream comes from?

Old records say that it comes from China. This cold dessert was first formed in the form of a cold beverage made out of fruit juices and snow, later on milk was added. In the Middle Ages, with the return of Marco Polo in 1295 ice cream appeared in Italy. It was a big success in Italy. In the 17th century, ice cream spread all over Europe and became a luxury product for the royalty. In the 19th century, as a result of the cooling industry development, the production of ice cream started to expand.
