After graduating from cake and pastry makers'''' school in Varaždin and learning the trade with famous Viennese cake and pastry makers, Stjepan and Ankica Vincek established their own cake and pastry making trade in 1977 and opened their first shop at Zvonimira 7 in Zagreb. By familiarizing themselves with new trends in the world of cake and pastry making, they slowly built the Vincek brand.
